RMC PDF FORMS

   
Occasionally a visitor will have a problem using our PDF forms. If the forms don't seem to load or display properly a good tip is to make sure that your PDF reader and your browser application is up to date. Another solution is to save the PDF form to your computer and open it in your preferred PDF reader application. One choice is Adobe Reader which is available free HERE, directly from Adobe.

Below are links to all our PDF forms (same as on our home page) offered here on Rick Mayer Cycle. To use them follow these instructions:
1) RIGHT click on the link below for the PDF form or file you wish to use. A dialogue box will appear:
2a) In Firefox choose "Save Link As"
2b) In Internet Explorer -or- Opera choose "Save Target As"
3) save the file to the location of your choice by following the standard download instructions as presented by your browser.
3) After the file completes downloading, navigate to where you saved it and open the file by your preferred method (such as double-clicking on the file name).
